Job summary

FTS Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to manage airfreight and ocean freight processes, including documentation, booking and coordination. The role involves monitoring shipments, handling overseas clients across time zones, and ensuring timely responses to customer enquiries.

You'll sort documents for dispatch, billing and reporting, assist the Senior in daily operations, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Must be a team player with global thinking attitude.
• Willing to work extra hours.
• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to work in BATU MAUNG area and posses own transport.

Responsibilities

• Handle Airfreight and Ocean Freight with documentation, booking and coordination.
• Monitor and follow up on shipment movement.
• Deal with overseas clients across time zones.
• Attend customer requests, enquiries or complaints.
• Sort documents for dispatch, billing, reporting and filling.
• Assist Senior on day-to-day operation.
• Other tasks assigned.
