Job summary

STANDARD MARINE AGENCIES is seeking a Customer Inquiry & Order Management coordinator to receive and process customer shipping requests (import/export by sea and air).

You will support shipment coordination, track status from origin to destination, and assist customers with required shipping documents. Fluent English and Malay are required; Chinese will be an advantage. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking.
