Qualifications

• Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive, reliable and well-organized with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Handling all Ocean shipping documentation
• Responding promptly to customer and internal stakeholder enquiries
• Ensuring work accuracy and full compliance with customs procedures
• Coordinating shipment requests with customers and shipping partners
• Communicating with carriers to secure export bookings
• Providing proactive updates to customers on shipment progress
• Coordinating pickup and delivery arrangements
• Updating key shipment milestones in the operations system promptly
• Preparing sales invoices and matching purchase invoices with vendor costs
