Job summary

FUKUYAMA TRANSPORTING (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to liaise with customers and relevant parties for import/export documents, track shipments and coordinate daily logistics operations.

The role requires Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong communication skills. You will monitor cargo delivery within requested periods, handle inquiries, and prepare essential logistics reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient with computers; good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work at Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer for import / export shipping documents for tracking of shipments.
• Monitor and arrange for delivery of cargo within specified / requested period.
• Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments and to report irregularities.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints / inquiries via mail or phone in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, reports and records.
• Assist the Senior General Manager to generate management report whenever required.
• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
