Job summary

FEPA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a logistics professional in Malaysia to coordinate daily import/export and local shipments, arrange FCL/LCL bookings, and prepare shipping documents.

You will monitor status, liaise with freight forwarders and Customs, and ensure on-time delivery in a manufacturing context. The role requires 1–3 years in shipping/logistics, knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and strong Excel skills. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, import/export, preferably in manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of FCL/LCL, customs clearance, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with HS Codes, K1/K2, Form D/Form AI, and Incoterms is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily import, export, and local shipments.
• Arrange FCL/LCL bookings, container collection, and loading schedules.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL, K1/K2, Form D, Form AI, and Certificate of Origin.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery and customs clearance.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, Customs, and internal departments.
• Assist with customs documentation, HS Codes, preferential tariff applications, and import/export requirements.
• Check freight quotations, shipment costs, and forwarding invoices.
• Maintain accurate shipping records in accordance with ISO requirements.
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and logistics-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement of shipping and logistics processes.
