Job summary

FedEx Logistics in Kulai, Malaysia, is seeking a Shipping Documentation Specialist to ensure timely shipping arrangements and accurate documentation for internal and external customers.

You will handle ocean shipping documents, coordinate with customers and carriers, and ensure compliance with customs procedures while keeping stakeholders informed on shipment progress. The role requires 2–3 years in shipping docs or customer service and strong English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in shipping documentation and/or customer service, ideally within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with Singapore Customs Preferential CO and Rules of Origin (ROO) is preferred.
• Familiarity with the CargoWise (Freight Operations System) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.

• Maintaining shipment trackers and operational reports.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above

Experience & knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs Preferential CO and Rules of Origin (ROO) (Preferred).
• Familiarity with Non‑Preferential CO application is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in shipping documentation and/or customer service, ideally within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Experience in an implant role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the CargoWise (Freight Operations System) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
