Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. is seeking an Agency Business Development Manager (Central) to execute agency strategies at branch level and drive KPIs related to value of new business and manpower.

The role focuses on planning regional recruitment events, developing business strategies, supporting agents to achieve high performance, and coordinating with head office on promotions and launches. Travel to Kota Bahru and Kota Kinabalu may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or related field, with insurance/sales exposure.
• Willingness to travel to Kota Bahru and Kota Kinabalu.

• Coordinate with Head Office for effective execution of business development activities including promotions, launches, awards, and road shows.

Agency Business Development, Manager (Central)

Execution and implementation of agency strategies at branch level to ensure meeting company KPIs in term of VNB and manpower.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

To plan, conduct & coordinate regional recruitment related events & activities

Plan and execute strategies plans for business development to ensure all assign KPIs in respective branch are achieve.

Providing sales support to agents to ensure high performance and implement remedial action where necessary.

Provide guidance and counseling to agents, including mediating agency disputes.

Execution of agency development programs i.e. TMC, TMP by monitoring and tracking of performance. Conducting daily/weekly meeting on activity management.

Coordinate with Head Office for effective execution of business development related activities including sales/product promotions and contest, road shows, new product launches, annual agency awards, agency tour and etc.

Any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.

At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in handling agents in insurance or other relevant exposure towards managing sales agents

This position is based in Kuala Lumpur, and the candidate must be able to travel to the Kota Bahru and Kota Kinabalu
