Randstad Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales/account manager for industrial automation to maximise account value by selling upgrades, parts, and long-term service contracts. You will serve as the trusted technical consultant for major accounts across Asia.

You will conduct field visits to customer sites across the APAC region, build lasting relationships with regional manufacturers, and provide after-sales technical support.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, service, or account management within industrial automation.
• Educational background in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex manufacturing equipment.
• Willingness to travel regionally across Asia for customer site visits and account reviews.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Melaka for daily onsite office reporting.
