Private Advertiser in Malaysia's Penang seeks a proactive Technical Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts, build strong relationships and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation industry.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field, with experience in industrial automation or technical sales, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience in industrial automation, machine building or technical sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of automation equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts.

We are seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager to manage existing customer accounts, build strong customer relationships and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation industry.

Key responsibilities

Manage and develop existing customer accounts

Build long-term relationships with customers

Conduct regular customer visits to understand technical requirements

Identify automation opportunities and generate new RFQs

Coordinate with engineering teams on technical proposals and quotations

Follow up on customer enquiries and project opportunities

Develop repeat business and maintain customer satisfaction

Monitor sales pipelines and achieve assigned targets

About you

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field

Experience in industrial automation, machine building or technical sales preferred

Good understanding of automation equipment and manufacturing processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Independent, proactive and results-oriented

Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills
