Job summary

Lazada Malaysia is seeking an Affiliate Community Manager to shape and execute our affiliate strategy, driving growth and engagement of LazAffiliates. You will collaborate with the Affiliate Marketing team to grow B2C segments such as KOLs, content creators, individuals, and B2C agencies.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce/online performance marketing/affiliate marketing, KOL agency or community building.
• Exceptional analytical skills to measure affiliate program performance and leverage analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the latest social media trends and features.
• Proven client/partner management experience in community leaders groups.
• Knowledge of affiliate models (CPS, multi-touch attribution, etc.) is a plus.
• MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) for business planning and reporting.
• Experience building SOPs for community management and processes.
• Strong, persuasive communication with community leaders; fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ownership mindset with adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing LazAffiliates community operations and communication to drive engagement.
• Collaborating with affiliate marketers through end-to-end operations (creation, tracking, optimization).
• Establishing and growing relationships with LazAffiliates B2C partners.
• Supervising activities to ensure policy adherence and gather feedback for improvements.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to secure perks for KOL partners.
• Negotiating exclusive arrangements with community leaders and brands.
• Organizing community events to elevate partner engagement.
• Reporting performance metrics and project status to upper management.
