Job summary

Intrepid Asia, a leading Ecommerce and Digital Solutions provider in SEA, is hiring an Affiliate and KOL Manager to drive revenue through performance partnerships. You will build, manage and scale affiliate and KOL programs, recruit partners, and optimize campaigns with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee a small team, track metrics, report results, ensure brand alignment, and negotiate terms with partners, while collaborating with marketing, commercial, product and analytics to expand

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
• 1-2 years of team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, influencer tools, and content creation strategies.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Affiliate and KOL marketing programs, including strategy development, execution, and continuous optimization.
• Recruit Affiliates / Partners: Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-potential affiliates and KOLs to drive brand visibility and conversions, negotiate commission rates and partnership terms.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize both affiliate and KOL campaigns to meet traffic, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, commercial, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with overall brand and business goals.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage the affiliate and KOL marketing budgets efficiently to ensure the best ROI.
