Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing with proven campaigns in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and data-driven decision making.
• Strong networking and negotiation skills for partner relationships.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing tools, platforms, and tracking dashboards.
• Excellent communication and project management in a fast-paced environment.
