Intrepid Asia is seeking an Affiliates Lead to drive affiliate and creator/KOL strategy across SEA. You will lead and scale the Affiliate sub-teams, align with social commerce goals, and ensure data‑driven decisions.

Expect cross‑functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and ownership of performance metrics. You will manage budgets, partnerships, and campaigns, delivering GMV growth while upholding brand guidelines across platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL affiliate marketing, or social commerce, including at least 1 year in team leadership.
• Proven ability to build and manage partnerships with creators/KOLs, MCNs, and affiliate networks.
• Strong understanding of affiliate activities on e‑commerce and social platforms.

• Develop and implement growth strategy for Affiliate and creator/KOL sub-teams.
• Build sustainable performance models, including commission tiers and ROI optimization.
• Lead Affiliate team, coach members, and drive data‑driven performance improvements.
