Job summary

Luxasia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Affiliate Relationship Manager to oversee daily affiliate partnerships across Shopee and Lazada, coordinate product movements, and ensure timely content and campaigns.

You will monitor livestreams, track creator content, brief affiliates on products, and support promotional campaigns during peak shopping periods. Strong analytics and cross-country communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in digital affiliate management or eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with eCommerce ad platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Attention to detail in campaign setup and tracking accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams in different countries/markets.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Relationship Management: primary daily contact for top-tier affiliates (MY & SG).
• Logistics coordination: plan weekly affiliate product movements and track units.
• Content & livestream monitoring: track creator content and brand messaging.
• Affiliate enablement & campaigns: brief affiliates and manage campaign offers.
