Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking an Affiliate and KOL Manager to drive revenue and customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships across Southeast Asia. You will build, manage and scale affiliate and influencer programs, recruit partners, and optimize campaigns to hit traffic, conversions and revenue targets.

You will collaborate with marketing, commercial, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals while maintaining brand standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• 1-2 years of team management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Affiliate and KOL marketing programs, including strategy development, execution, and ongoing optimization.
• Supervise and mentor a team of 3-5 members.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with high-potential affiliates and KOLs; negotiate commissions and terms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve traffic, conversion, and revenue KPIs.
• Develop strong relationships with affiliates, KOLs, influencers, and networks to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, content, and product teams to align promotions with brand goals.
• Manage budgets for affiliate and KOL marketing to maximize ROI.
• Provide regular performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in affiliate practices.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to synchronize affiliate promotions with broader eCommerce campaigns.
