Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation and empathy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work in Vietnamese.
• Dependable with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractual KPIs for service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions using available tools.
• Listen actively, show empathy, and build rapport with customers.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain courteous conduct.
• Maintain knowledge of client products or services.
• Document and annotate records accurately.
• Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and performance.
• Offer additional products or services as appropriate.
• Log interactions in the call-tracking system and reference published materials as needed.
• Refer complex inquiries to senior staff when necessary.
