Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to support end-to-end sales administration within a logistics environment. Training will be provided; a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is required.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred for interactions with Chinese-speaking customers. You will prepare quotations, process orders, manage delivery docs and invoicing, maintain records, and coordinate with

• Coordinated with Logistics and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and correct billing.
• Ensured compliance with company procedures and documentation.

• Provided comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation, document management and coordination of daily activities.
• Coordinated closely with Logistics and Finance teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment, delivery arrangements and accurate billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies, procedures and documentation requirements.
