Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Sales Administrator in Johor Bahru. You will handle end-to-end sales administration, including quotations, orders, delivery docs and invoicing, with training provided.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, Logistics or SCM is preferred. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required due to interactions with Chinese-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Maintained and updated customer and sales records, ensuring data accuracy and timely retrieval.
• Provided comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and document management.
• Coordinated with Logistics and Finance teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment, delivery arrangements and accurate billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies and documentation requirements.
