Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics in Malaysia is seeking an entry-level Customer & Sales Administration role. The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required for frequent customer interactions. You will manage end-to-end sales administration, support the sales team, and coordinate with Logistics and Finance to ensure timely

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Maintained and updated customer and sales records with data accuracy and timely retrieval.
• Provided administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and daily coordination.
• Coordinated with Logistics and Finance to facilitate timely order fulfillment, delivery arrangements and accurate billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies and documentation requirements.
