Tiong Nam Logistics is seeking a diligent Sales Administrator in Malaysia to handle end-to-end sales processes, maintain customer records, and support the sales team. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; training will be provided.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin; role involves interaction with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Customer-oriented with good business acumen and ability to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Maintained and updated customer and sales records, ensuring data accuracy and timely retrieval.
• Provided administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and document management.
• Coordinated with Logistics and Finance to facilitate timely order fulfillment and accurate billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies and documentation requirements.
