Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Maintained and updated customer and sales records, ensuring data accuracy and timely retrieval.
• Provided comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and documentation management.
• Coordinated with Logistics and Finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies and documentation requirements.
