Job summary

Tiong Nam Logistics seeks a motivated sales admin professional in Malaysia to handle end-to-end sales administration, including quotation, order processing, delivery documents and invoicing. Emphasis on data accuracy and timely information exchange with internal teams.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is required. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is preferred for customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply—training and guidance will be provided.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin as the role involves frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking customers.
• Customer-oriented with good business acumen and the ability to identify opportunities and provide value-added solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Maintained and updated customer and sales records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely information retrieval.
• Provided comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation, document management and coordination of daily activities.
• Coordinated closely with Logistics and Finance teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment, delivery arrangements and accurate billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies, procedures and documentation requirements.
