Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a diligent Sales Administrator to support end-to-end sales processes in a fast-paced logistics environment. The role requires effective communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with dosed training provided for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities include managing quotations, orders, documents, and invoicing, while coordinating with Logistics and Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin for interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Managed end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, order processing, delivery documentation and invoicing.
• Maintained and updated customer and sales records, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely information retrieval.
• Provided administrative support to the sales team, including report preparation and document management.
• Coordinated with Logistics and Finance teams to facilitate timely order fulfillment, delivery and billing.
• Ensured all sales transactions complied with company policies and documentation requirements.
