Job summary

Biztree Advisory PLT in Batu Pahat, Johor, is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to oversee clients' accounts on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. This full-time role requires supervising and ensuring timely, accurate financial tasks.

You will work with AutoCount, UBS, Million or SQL Accounting, bring a recognised qualification such as LCCI, and have at least three years of accounting experience while managing multiple tasks and maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• A recognised accounting qualification such as LCCI or equivalent.
• Minimum 3years' experience in an accounting field.
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g. AutoCount, UBS, Million or SQL Accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

About the role

Biztree Advisory PLT is a well-established accounting firm and is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to join our accounting team in Batu Pahat, Johor. This is a full-time position to oversee clients' accounts on monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.

Key responsibilities

Supervising and managing clients' accounts to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Reviewing and verifying accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and completeness.

Preparing and reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records on a regular basis.

Processing invoices upon requesting from clients.

Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.

Supporting the Manager with special accounting projects as required.

What we're looking for

A recognised accounting qualification such as LCCI or equivalent.
