Job summary

Biztree Advisory PLT in Batu Pahat, Johor, is seeking an experienced Accounts Supervisor to oversee clients' accounts on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis. This full-time role requires supervising and ensuring timely, accurate financial tasks.

You will work with AutoCount, UBS, Million or SQL Accounting, bring a recognised qualification such as LCCI, and have at least three years of accounting experience while managing multiple tasks and maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• A recognised accounting qualification such as LCCI or equivalent.
• Minimum 3years' experience in an accounting field.
• Proficiency in accounting software e.g. AutoCount, UBS, Million or SQL Accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing clients' accounts to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.
• Reviewing and verifying accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Preparing and reconciling bank statements, ledgers, and other financial records on a regular basis.
• Processing invoices upon requesting from clients.
• Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Supporting the Manager with special accounting projects as required.
