Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment schedules weekly or monthly.
• Process payments via bank transfer, cheque, or online banking.
• Ensure payments follow agreed credit terms and obtain approvals.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain supplier profiles and reconcile AP subledger with GL.
• Assist in month-end closing and audits.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Attend stock-take and ad-hoc tasks.
