Job summary

Enovix Corporation in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing accounting team. You will manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoicing, payments, and month-end close activities, supporting our rapidly expanding manufacturing operations.

Reporting to the Malaysia Lead Accountant, you will collaborate with global counterparts, ensure SOX controls, and provide accurate reporting while delivering excellent service to vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 5+ years in accounts payable or general accounting.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems and Concur.
• Manufacturing/multinational public company experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoicing and payments.
• 3-way and 2-way matching of invoices to PO/GR/IR.
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Process employee expense reports and enforce company policies.
• Support month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Maintain SOX controls and internal compliance.
• Provide audit documentation and excellent stakeholder service.
