Job summary

Benchmark Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage high-volume vendor invoices and ensure timely payments. You will match invoices to POs and goods receipts, reconcile statements, and support month-end close and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 2–4 years of AP experience, familiarity with BAAN/LNCE ERP, and strong attention to detail and communication. Thai language is a plus for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-4 years of AP experience, preferably in manufacturing or shared services.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. BAAN/LNCE).
• Strong understanding of 3-way matching (PO, invoice, goods receipt).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Thai language proficiency will be considered an added advantage.

Responsibilities
