Benchmark Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end customer engagements and drive transitions from quotation to production ramp-up. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams to meet milestones, lead reviews and escalations, and ensure on‑time delivery of quality, cost, and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program/project/account management within manufacturing, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in program/project/account management or customer service in manufacturing.
• Experience with NPI, product transfers or new business transitions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in EMS or electronics manufacturing preferred.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Lead the transition of new business, NPI, and product transfers from quotation/award stage through production ramp-up.

Coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and project milestones.

Lead customer meetings, program reviews, issue resolution, and escalation management to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Monitor program performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions to achieve quality, delivery, cost, and revenue targets.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Account Management, or Customer Service within a manufacturing environment.

Experience managing NPI, product transfers, or new business transitions.

Strong customer relationship, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

Experience in EMS, electronics manufacturing, precision manufacturing, or box-build assembly is preferred.
