Job summary

Contacthings Solution Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance team. You will check, validate and match all documents received and ensure timely, accurate recording in the accounting system.

Responsibilities include handling all accounts payable transactions, escalating any workflow issues promptly, and performing ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors. A Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's in Accounting is preferred with 1–2 years of related

• Strong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in accounts payable processes and matching documents.

• Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.
• Responsible for all accounts payables transactions and ensure they are recorded accurately in the accounting system in a timely manner.
• Escalate problematic Accounts Payables workflow and issues promptly.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
