Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and maintain general ledger entries and schedules
• Ensure monthly and year-end closings are completed on time
• Reconcile intercompany, bank, and supplier accounts
• Assist in preparing management reports, financial analysis, and audit schedules
• Process supplier invoices and staff claims with proper coding
• Issue customer invoices, monitor collections, and follow up on overdue accounts
• Handle cash flow tracking and bank reconciliations
• Support audits and internal control improvements
