Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduate is welcome.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, SST, and LHDN processes.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g. SQL Account / AutoCount).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and a third language for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation).
• Handle bookkeeping, payments, invoices, and petty cash.
• Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow, and P&L.
• Ensure LHDN tax submission and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
• Track receivables and follow up on late payments.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
