Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–4 years' experience in full set of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (SQL, Auto Count, MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow reports
• Manage internal transactions, accruals, and fixed asset records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and relevant authorities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end closing activities
• Review accounting processes for efficiency and compliance, providing ad-hoc financial insights to management
