Job summary

Saradise Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an energetic Finance/Accountant to assist the Finance Manager in managing the full set of accounts and monthly closing.

The role requires hands-on experience with SQL Accounting and strong analytical skills to support budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analysis. Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• 3-6 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in property development / project accounting preferred.
• Hands-on experience in SQL Accounting system (required).
• Knowledge of SST, e-invoicing, and audit requirements preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• High level of ownership, initiative, and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager in handling the full set of accounts and monthly closing.
• Prepare journal entries, GL postings, AP/AR, payments, receipts and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial analysis.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in SQL Accounting and support system migration/reconciliation.
• Handle MHub billing, credit control reconciliation and e-Invoice submissions.
• Assist with HDA fund withdrawals, SST, intercompany and account reconciliations.
• Support audit, taxation and statutory compliance, including liaison with auditors, tax agents and company secretaries.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, internal controls and approval procedures.
• Follow up on accounting issues and ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager/Management.
