Efficientx Asia is seeking a responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, invoicing, and finance administration in Kuala Lumpur. The role requires hands-on AutoCount usage, AR/AP management, and accurate e-Invoice submissions, with a focus on detail and timely work.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting and 1–3 years of relevant experience, plus proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and fluency in English and Chinese.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with AutoCount is required.
• Practical experience handling e-Invoice is a must.
• Good understanding of AR, AP, invoicing and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of Malaysian accounting practices.
• Good command of English & Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Well-organized, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance transactions using AutoCount.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on payments.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including supplier invoices and payment documentation.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations.
• Handle and maintain accurate e-Invoice records and submissions.
• Ensure all e-Invoice requirements are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and supporting documents.
• Prepare payment requests and assist with payment processing.
• Assist with monthly closing and basic financial reporting.
