Job summary

Kohshin International Sdn., Bhd. seeks an Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts for our Malaysia office in Kuala Lumpur and provide support to Asia regional operations.

The role requires independence, precision, and strong accounting expertise, with experience in multi-currency transactions, AP/AR/GL, month-end, and budgeting. Proficiency in AutoCount and Excel is essential; ability to meet tight deadlines is a must.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or diploma in accounting/finance.
• Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-currency transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of accounting functions (AP, AR,GL).
• Support month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, reporting schedules.
• Assist external accountants with monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet).
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor budgets.
