Broadway Precision Technology Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and growing company. We are currently looking for a meticulous and proactive Account Executive to join our team and ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full set of accounts (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger) to ensure accurate and timely financial records.

Process and issue invoices, delivery orders, and payment vouchers.

Monitor stock balances, perform inventory reconciliations, and generate regular reports for management review.

Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow statements.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial records.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries to ensure statutory compliance.

Provide administrative and operational support to the management team as needed.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting or a similar role.

Strong hands-on experience with accounting software; proficiency in AutoCount is highly preferred.

Familiarity with standard accounting principles and local tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to meet deadlines.
