Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kajang, Malaysia, is seeking an Invoicing Executive to prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly, using AutoCount Accounting Software

You will verify documents, maintain records, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth invoicing. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, plus 2–3 years in invoicing or accounting support, is required.

Experience in steel or engineering is a plus; able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting, finance or related field.
• 2–3 years invoicing/billing or accounting support experience.
• Experience with AutoCount required.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Steel/engineering industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and promptly using AutoCount.
• Verify purchase orders, delivery orders, and supporting documents before invoicing.
• Maintain invoicing and billing records in AutoCount.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Perform invoice reconciliation and monthly invoicing reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance.
