Job summary

AutoCount Dotcom Berhad in Malaysia invites an Accounts Executive to join our finance team. You will handle invoicing, receivables, data entry, and communication with oversea subsidiaries. The role requires a Finance or Business degree, 1–2 years of experience, and fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoice, official receipt, and debtor statements at month start.
• Perform basic office tasks: filing, data entry, calls and emails.
• Follow up on overdue payments and assist credit control.
• Assist in listing maintenance and audit activities.
• Support month-end/year-end close and overseas subsidiaries accounting.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Issue invoice, official receipt, and preparing debtor statement every beginning of the month.
• Perform basic office task, such as filling, data entry, answering phone, processing email, etc.
• Follow up on customer overdue payments and assist in reviewing credit control.
• Assist in preparing listing, and/or maintaining listing.
• Assist with audit, fact checks and resolving discrepancies and variances.
• Assist in preparing month end or yearend closing management account.
• Assist senior in dealing with oversea subsidiaries account.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply.
• Responsible, good attitude and willing to learn.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates fluent in mandarin is added advantages as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
