Job summary

Hongrita Precision Component (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an accounting assistant to handle daily financial tasks including accounts payable, invoicing, and bank deposits. The role requires a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent and the ability to work independently.

You will liaise with statutory bodies and support budgeting and tax planning efforts, contributing to overall financial control and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• Preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Liaise with statutory bodies related to income taxes and related financial matters.
• Assist with planning, organizing, and controlling finance, accounting taxation, and budgetary control.
• To undertake other related jobs as directed by the superior from time to time.
