Job summary

Job description

Responsible in finance and billing operations which involves managing patient accounts, processing payments, billing insurance claims, reconciling transactions, and ensuring that all financial operations align with company's policies and procedures.

Managing company entire accounting cycle including recording, analysing and reporting financial data ensuring compliance and assisting financial planning and decision making.

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Oversee petty cash and other cash flow documentation.

Prepare financial reports and summaries for the finance department, such as outstanding balances, revenue collection, and payment trends.

Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits related to accounts receivable and financial reporting.

Prepare and process invoices for patients and resident doctors, ensuring that all services are billed correctly and in a timely manner. This includes inpatient, outpatient, surgical, diagnostic, and consultation charges.

Perform regular bank reconciliations and cross-check payments against patient accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Laisse with other department in finance to streamline process flow in regards to finance matter (Billing, Cashier, Purchasing and etc).

Apply payments, process refunds, and adjustments on patient accounts for overpayments, billing errors, or insurance settlements.

Ensure accuracy in patient and resident doctors accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Process patient payments at the time of service, whether by credit card, cash, check, or insurance co-payments.

Ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

Assist in preparing deposits and ensuring they are accurately recorded and submitted to the bank.
