• Oversee petty cash and cash flow documentation.
• Prepare financial reports for the finance department.
• Assist in audits related to accounts receivable and reporting.
• Prepare and process invoices for patients and resident doctors.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and verify payments.
• Collaborate with other finance departments to streamline processes.
• Apply payments, process refunds and adjustments.
• Ensure accuracy in patient and resident doctor accounts.
• Process patient payments at the time of service.
