Job summary

Jora Malaysia invites applications from graduates with a Diploma/Bachelor's in Computer Science or Information Technology to join our Kuala Lumpur technical support team. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin and English proficiency is required. Experience with AutoCount, SQL, or Access is a plus, as is hardware knowledge.

The role covers troubleshooting, user training, and IT collaboration to ensure secure, reliable accounting software and data processing. Own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting software and hardware.
• Provide end-user support by phone, email, or in person.
• Train end-users on proper use of software and resolve data-entry issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve software integration and network connectivity issues.
• Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Assist in development and upgrades of new accounting software applications.
