Job summary

Tallahesse Sdn. Bhd. in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts and maintain customer master records. You will handle sales orders, stock adjustments, invoices and statements, and oversee cash flow with regular reporting.

Responsibilities include reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany billing, and liaising with banks, vendors, and auditors. Fluent in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma or its equivalent.
• Knowledge of Navision preferred.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office application.
• Able to work independently under supervision.
• 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency desired for client communications.

Overall Cash Flow management and ensure daily updates on cash flow report

Prepare Account reconciliations, journal entries and Bank reconciliations

Handle all the payment and recon with SOA

Handle intercompany billing, cross charges, and management charges

Handle intercompany monthly intercompany balances and billing

Prepare and maintenance of audit schedule

Liaise with external parties such as banks, customers, vendors, government agencies and auditors

About you

Possess at least a Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma or its equivalent

Knowledge of Navision preferred

Well versed in Microsoft Office application

Able to work independently under supervision

At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the related field

Able to speak and read English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
