Job summary

Qida Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a finance professional to handle daily accounting operations, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A degree in Finance/Accounting or related field is preferred, plus familiarity with SQL Accounting Software. Proficient English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are desirable for liaison with the China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations: data entry, invoicing, AP/AR.
• Reconcile banks regularly for accurate reporting.
• Assist in preparing tax submissions, financial reports, and analyses.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and statutory bodies as required.
• Maintain orderly accounting records and documentation.
• Support administration office tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Perform daily accounting operations, including document processing, data entry, invoicing, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Provide assistance in preparing the tax submission report, financial report, analysis and other related report

Liaise with auditors, banker or any other statutory bodies when required

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.

Help and assist administration office works

Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the management

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply for this position.

Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (both written and spoken Mandarin (required to communicate with China HQ based Mandarin-speaker).
