We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our accounting operations. The role involves assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, financial record keeping, and providing general administrative support.

This role is suitable for candidates who are organized, responsible, and comfortable handling financial data and documentation. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Functions

Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and billing records.

Perform data entry for accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist with bank reconciliation and basic bookkeeping tasks.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for accounting records.

Support monthly closing processes and preparation of financial reports.

Assist in Malaysia e-Invoice processing and documentation in compliance with LHDN requirements.

Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with internal policies.

Assist in handling full set of accounts and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of SQL is required.

Familiarity with Malaysia e-Invoice implementation will be an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
