Qualifikationen

• Secondary education qualification or equivalent, with accounting/business focus preferred.
• AAT or equivalent professional credential preferred.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Process and record daily financial transactions including invoices, receipts and payments.
• Maintain and update accounting ledgers and records per policies and standards.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders and expense reports.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including payments and collections follow-up.
• Data entry and verification to ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Support monthly financial statements and management reports.
• File and organise financial documents in physical and digital formats.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties regarding financial queries.
• Assist with general administrative duties to support accounting department.
