SYARIKAT SOUTH AUTO (K.L) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Clerk to join the finance team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role entails day-to-day accounting tasks and maintaining accurate financial records to support the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities include processing invoices and payments, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with accounts payable/receivable. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of Malaysian accounting principles are preferred.

Qualificações

• STPM or Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracy.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accurate financial records.
• Professional communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and integrity with confidential information.
• Familiarity with Malaysian accounting and tax regulations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process and record financial transactions, including invoices, receipts and payments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare financial documents and reports for management review.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Data entry and filing of financial documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers and internal departments about account matters.
• Assist with tax compliance and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team.
