Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions including payroll, payments, receipts and expense claims.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers.
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Preparing financial documents, statements and reports as required.
• Filing and organising financial records in both physical and digital formats.
• Supporting the accounts team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Liaising with internal departments and external parties regarding accounting matters.
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assisting with general administrative duties as required.
