The role emphasizes acquiring profitable orders, developing customer strategies, coordinating change requests, and preparing comprehensive proposals and contracts with favorable terms. English is essential; Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia are assets.

Qualifications

• Technical education in engineering related to plastic injection molding.
• Experience in selling to automotive, electronics, medical and consumer sectors.
• Proven success in global Key Account Management.
• Knowledge of quality requirements in plastic molding industries.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Manage and further develop assigned existing and new customers across the entire product portfolio.
• Acquire profitable new orders to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and implement customer strategies (including requirements, products, locations, and activities).
• Evaluate and coordinate new and change requests, including feasibility assessments through to end-of-life.
• Prepare, align, negotiate, and finalize proposals and customer contracts, including terms and conditions(T&C).

Job Requirements

• Technical education in Engineering, plastic injection molding with further qualifications or a completeddegree will be advantages.
• Additional training in business administration.
• Experience in plastic injection molding and tooling fabrication.
• Sales experience in automotive, electronics, medical and consumers industry.
• Proven sales success and several years of experience in global Key Account Management (KAM).
• Knowledge of quality requirements and procedures in related industries for plastic molding
• Comprehensive market understanding and knowledge of the groups products and customers to
  effectively present and sell them.
• Conceptual, analytical, and project management skills.
• Advanced user skills in all common Microsoft applications, ERP systems (QAD.)
• Excellent language skills in English, both written and spoken; additional languages Chinese and
  Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage.
